Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM)

Wheelchair services at Salalah Airport is available via the Respective Airlines. Passengers requiring
this service at the Airport are required to notify their Airline in advance or during booking, to ensure
that the journey is hassle free.

At Salalah Airport there is a dedicated parking lane, as well as a parking Spot for passengers with
wheelchairs which is clearly signposted. The Airport also offers assistance to passengers with
wheelchairs. In order to make use of this service, passengers are required to proceed to the
‘Passengers with reduced Mobility’ office which is clearly signposted in the Departures area at the
forecourt.

Once there, the Ground Handling staff will assist the passenger throughout the process; starting
from the check-in until boarding the Aircraft. There is a dedicated path and immigration counter for
the passenger with reduced mobility to speed up the immigration process and to make the journey
pleasant.
