Before how many hours should I come to the airport?

We recommend coming 3 hours prior to your flight. For more details, please contact your airline.

 

Will I be able to enter Oman during my transit at Muscat International Airport?

Passengers are allowed to enter Oman if they have sufficient time in their transit. However, please contact the Royal Oman Police, Passports and Residency section at Muscat International Airport on (+968) 24518746, or visit ROP’s website  if you are eligible to get the visa or not. 

 

Is there Wi-Fi at the airport?

Free Wi-Fi is available for 2 hours at the airport.

 

What should I do if I lose something at the airport?

If you lose anything in the terminal, please reach Oman Airports desks located in the 0 level, 4th level, and next to the Duty Free area.

 

Is there a store for my luggage at the airport if I have a long waiting time?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a luggage store at Muscat International Airport.

Is there a hotel to stay during my long hours transfer?

Where should I park my car if I have a short visit to the airport? And how much it cost?

Is there busses for city links and transportation at the airport?

Yes, Mwasalat busses are available in the 0 level of the airport. For more information about the busses timing, please click here

 

Where can I find a taxi when arriving to Oman?

Airport taxis are available through Mwasalat taxi office in the Arrivals concourse. Outside of the airport, taxis are available from all main hotels or can be flagged down on the road.
